Nichole Slykhous, PMHNP
Nichole is nationally board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her BSN and MSN at Oregon Health & Science University, and has a BA in Liberal Arts from Harvard University. She is also certified as a Yoga Instructor. She practices Integrative Psychiatry to help you identify and treat the underlying cause(s) and contributors to symptoms of depression, anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, and other contemporary mental health conditions.
Integrative Psychiatry is a personalized approach to mental health that uses functional medicine and traditional psychiatry to identify and treat core imbalances which affect your brain, body, and life. Nichole will search for underlying triggers that are contributing to your symptoms and tailor the intervention to your specific needs as an individual. She may use counselling, supplements, lifestyle changes and/or medication to treat your condition.
She realizes that there is no separating the brain and the body. She seeks to promote holistic mental health and create hope, health and healing by working with you!
In her free time Nichole likes to hike, paint, practice yoga, and spend time outdoors.
