Not all who wander are lost, and those seeking counseling aren’t necessarily broken!

The human experience can be painful and confusing, sometimes even feel hopeless. We could all benefit from guidance, support, and a neutral perspective. With you as the expert on your life and me with a Gestalt philosophy and approach, we will work with what is present in each session, using your experience to guide us.

Through methods such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, personal narrative exploration and restructuring, I will provide a strengths based support as you become empowered to heal, grow, and cultivate a perspective that moves you toward your goals.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Walking along side those seeking peace and comfort in times of grief, loss, and trauma recovery I am honored to hold a safe space for your story to unfold while providing solidarity as you rewrite the parts keeping you stuck in suffering.
